River Time Yoga offers a series of Meditation Classes four times per year — spring, summer, fall, and winter. Each series comprises three two-hour classes. Check the Events page for the next scheduled series.
There are many reasons to establish a meditation practice:
In your very first meditation class, you can expect to experience these benefits as you meditate easily and deeply, even if it is your first time. In each class, you will practice a different meditation technique and discover how to set yourself up for effective meditation at home — and even when you need to travel! You will also learn about the yoga philosophy from which each technique arises.
And there is more: Simply put, this course prepares you to establish a daily meditation practice for the rest of your life!
